The Project

Our Health and Safety Consultants were approached by Commission for the Compact to provide a tailored risk management system for their premises in central Birmingham which would allow them to take ownership of their general Health and Safety with external Health and Safety Consultants providing ongoing advice and support.

Commission for the Compact is an independent organisation that oversees the relationship between government and the voluntary and community sector.

The organisation had previously engaged with external Health and Safety consultants but they were now looking for a bespoke Health and Safety Management Systems to help with the smooth running of the premises and the organisations business.

Solution

From an initial route and branch Health and Safety Audits our Health and Safety Consultants were able to produce an action plan that detailed objectives in order to meet their Health and Safety obligations. A revised Health and Safety Policy along with a bespoke Health and Safety Management System was designed to help staff implement an effective risk management system. 

Bradley Environmental were available to offer ongoing Health and Safety Consultancy, assistance including undertaking Risk Assessments, providing Health and Safety Training and ongoing support to maximise the benefits of adopting a tailored Health and Safety Risk Management System.
